Semi-Leveling Rapid Repair Concrete

SL® is a cementitious, rapid setting, semi-leveling versatile structural repair concrete. It is a single component powder that is water activated. SL® has 15 to 20 minutes of working time and will reach compressive strengths of greater than 2,500 psi within 2 hours and more than 7,000 psi at 28 days. Designed for use in horizontal and near horizontal repair applications, SL® can be applied in ambient temperature ranges from 40 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.


Industrial Epoxy Concrete Repair Kits

Poly-Crete Epoxy Repair Kits are used in the most aggressive Industrial Environments. These kits are designed to repair, patch and protect old and new concrete. The epoxy resins used in these kits are virtually odorless. These products meet all EPA & VOC Laws. All three kits meet USDA requirements.


PC-1000 Poly-Crete Amine Grout Resin

CONCRETE RESTORATION SYSTEM

A 100% solids, two component modified amine epoxy resin. A low viscosity system recommended with selected aggregate blends for concrete repair in industrial and commercial applications. PC-1000 may be applied on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. PC-1000 has superior impact, abrasion and chemical resistance. PC-1000 Regular or Slow Cure is recommended for a 1/4" Epoxy trowel down mortar. PC-1000 Slow Cure is normally used for self-leveling slurries and broadcast systems.


A200 Geopolymer Concrete

GEOPOLYMER-A200 (A200) is a 3/8-inch nominal (or other size) aggregate (quartzite) Geopolymer concrete material designed for resistance to sulfuric acid and general purpose use. A200 is resistant to degradation in various concentrations of sulfuric acid ranging from 5-percent to 98-percent with little to no mass loss. A200 can be utilized in low or high slump applications for construction of secondary containment, various feature construction such as drain systems, foundations, walls, flatwork, and every other application typically observed with Portland Cement mixtures.

GEOPOLYMER-A300 (A300) is a 3/8-inch nominal size aggregate (quartzite) Geopolymer concrete material designed for resistance to A300 acid and general purpose use. A300 is resistant to degradation in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid ranging from 5-percent to 98-percent with little to no mass loss. A300 can be utilized in low or high slump applications for construction of secondary containment, various feature construction such as drain systems, foundations, walls, flatwork, and every other application typically observed with Portland Cement mixtures.

GEOPOLYMER-A600 (A600) is a neat cement Geopolymer concrete material designed for resistance to hydrofluoric acid and general purpose use. A600 is resistant to degradation in various concentrations of hydrofluoric acid ranging from 5-percent to 50-percent with little to no mass loss. A600 can be utilized in low or high slump applications for construction of secondary containment, various feature construction such as drain systems, foundations, walls, flatwork, and every other application typically observed with Portland Cement mixtures.
