Prime-Crete PC-149 Clear Epoxy Penetrating Primer-Sealer

V.O.C. Complaint

A low viscosity, two component polyamide modified epoxy primer/sealer formulated with unique wetting agents to provide maximum penetration into concrete surfaces. PC-149 seals concrete surfaces from penetration of water and chemicals which cause concrete deterioration and spalling. Ideal for both new and old concrete surfaces for exterior or interior exposures. PC-149 is also used as a primer for epoxy and polyurethane top coats.


Prime-Crete PC-155 Clear Epoxy Damp Concrete Primer

PC-155 is a moisture tolerant two component modified Polyamine Adduct Cured Clear Epoxy designed as a concrete primer to be used under our epoxy grouts, mortars, toppings, high performance coatings and lining systems. The low viscosity provides deep penetration into the concrete for excellent surface adhesion.


Prime-Crete PC-1702 Clear 100% Solids Epoxy Concrete Primer

Prime-Crete PC-1702 is a low viscosity, 100% Solids, solvent free two component cycloaliphatic amine cured Epoxy Primer. The PC-1702 is designed for use under epoxy grouts, mortars, toppings, high performance coatings and lining systems. The PC-1702 has been formulated to provide deep penetration into the concrete surface without the use of any solvent, therefore, eliminating any objectionable solvent odor, particularly inside buildings or around food processing and food storage areas. Also, PC-1702 Primer makes an excellent clear/amber floor finish. One (1) or two (2) coats provides a tough, hard, durable film which protects against dusting and surface deterioration.

Packaging
PC-1702 Primer is available in a 15 gallon kit (2-5 gallons Base and 5 gallons Hardener) and a 3 gallon kit (2 gallons Base and 1 gallon container Hardener) and a 1.5 gallon kit (1 gal. Base and a half gallon of Hardener).


PC-1000 Poly-Crete Amine Grout Resin

A 100% solids, two component modified amine epoxy resin. A low viscosity system recommended with selected aggregate blends for concrete repair in industrial and commercial applications. PC-1000 may be applied on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. PC-1000 has superior impact, abrasion and chemical resistance. PC-1000 Regular or Slow Cure is recommended for a 1/4" Epoxy trowel down mortar. PC-1000 Slow Cure is normally used for self-leveling slurries and broadcast systems.



Packaging
Poly-Crete PC-1000 is available as a 1-gallon kit (1 gallon Base and 1 quart Hardener, both short filled) and 5 gallon Kit (4 gallons Base in a 5 gallon container and 1 gallon Hardener). It is also packaged in 1/3 cubic ft kit which contains 1/2 gal Base, 1 pint Hardener and 30 lbs aggregate.


Poly-Crete PC-1500 Novolac Resin

A 100% solids, two component Epoxy Novolac resin designed for concrete restoration and protection in extremely chemical corrosive environments. PC-1500 resin and curing mechanism is based on advanced polymer chemistry, providing the highest chemical resistance of epoxies available today. PC-1500 has excellent chemical resistance to acids, caustics, salts, aromatic and aliphatic solvents.


Chemical Mastic CM-15 High Build Epoxy Mastic Coatings

A two component, high solids, chemical resistant amine cured epoxy mastic. Chemical Mastic CM-15 is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents, penetrants and rust inhibitors to provide excellent adhesion and protection of sound, rusty steel surfaces, and to upgrade old, deteriorated coatings. Ideal as a coating system over marginal or poorly prepared surfaces where blasting is impractical or prohibited. Recommended as a high build primer under a wide variety of topcoats.


PC-555 Novolac Coating

A high solids modified cycloaliphatic cured multifunctional epoxy Novolac coating. The filler is ceramic which maximizes chemical, abrasion and thermal shock resistance. Has exceptional chemical and solvent resistance for an air cured system. Designed for use in splash and spillage of 98% Sulfuric Acid and 37% HCL. This product is used as a Finish Coat on steel, concrete and polymer materials.


PC-636 Low Temperature Curing High Build Epoxy Coating

Poly-Chem PC-636 is a high performing, surface tolerant, two component, high solids, high build amine cured epoxy designed to cure at temperatures down to 25 °F. PC-636 Epoxy is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents and penetrants to provide excellent adhesion and protection of sound, rusty steel surfaces. Depending on the temperature, the fast setting PC-636 can be recoated the same day.

Ideal as a two coat system over marginal prepared surfaces where blasting is impractical or prohibited. PC- 636 Epoxy is also used as a high build primer under a wide variety of epoxy and polyurethane topcoats.

Pot Life
The Pot life of PC-636 is approximately 2 hours at 75 ºF.


4320 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-4320 is a high functionality, 100% solids novolac material, designed for concentrated sulfuric acid and other inorganic acid service. It can be applied by hand, but it is most efficiently applied over large areas by plural component airless. Requires elevated temperature cure.

Multi-functional epoxy with a uniquely modified cycloaliphatic amine hardener.


DF-1302 Concrete Sealer

General Description
DF-1302 is a clear, 100% solids concrete sealer with excellent flexibility and moderate chemical resistance. It is used primarily to seal the concrete prior to the application of additional topcoats and to restore the mechanical properties of old concrete. It can be cured at temperatures as low as 40 ºF and can be applied to damp concrete.

ELASTUFF 120 - 100% Solids Fluid Applied Elastomeric Polyurethane Coating System

A seamless, fluid applied 100% polyurethane elastomer membrane system designed for application over concrete and/or steel surfaces. The coating system shall be a 1:1 ratio (A:B), fast set, 2-component hydrophobic polyurethane elastomer, containing no silica fillers or extenders. It shall have been tested and approved by an independent testing laboratory and shown to comply with Department of Health Services (DOHS) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Standards for leachates - the Purgeable Priority Pollutant Analysis. The coating shall also have passed approved 3rd party independent testing certifying conformance to ANSI/NSF Standard 61*. Approved system shall be UNITED COATINGS' ELASTUFF 120 Coating System consisting of UNITED CLEANING CONCENTRATE (UCC), UNI-CRETE, UNI-TILE SEALER, PRIMER 302, UC-30 JOINT FABRIC and ELASTUFF 120 100% solids polyurethane elastomer.


MARSEAL® 7000 Corrosion Resistant Lining

  • Marseal 7000 is a sheet lining based on a special blend of ethylene propylene membrane that is recommended as a secondary containment liner for chlorinated solvents and chlorinated acids. Marseal 7000 will provide required protection against EDC, TCE and MEK.
  • Marseal 7000 is a 50-mil membrane loose laid over compacted fill, soil or highly contaminated concrete and mechanically fastened to the substrate. Rolls are 60 inches wide and 50 feet long, covering 250 square feet per roll.


MARSEAL® 8000 Corrosion Resistant Lining

  • Marseal 8000 is a sheet lining based on a special blend of ethylene propylene membrane that is recommended as a secondary containment liner for chlorinated solvents and chlorinated acids. Marseal 8000 will provide required protection against EDC, TCE and MEK.
  • Marseal 8000 is a 65-mil system that is fully adhered to concrete with its rubberized adhesive backing. Rolls are 38 inches wide and 50 feet long, covering 158.3 square feet per roll.
