MCU-100 Primer/Finish Moisture Cured Urethane Aluminum Coating

A one component, Moisture Cured Polyurethane Aluminum Coating. Has excellent adhesion to sound, tightly adherent rusty steel, and other marginally prepared surfaces. This low viscosity, high "wetting" coating undergoes a rapid molecular weight change as it polymerizes into a high molecular weight finish which provides excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. Its resistance to creeping, undercutting, and blistering is superior to epoxy primers. MCU-100 is also a barrier primer or tie coat to prevent lifting of strong solvent top coats over conventional coatings, and most chemical coatings.

Clean Up
Clean up immediately with S-74 Thinner. Remove from skin while still wet. Scrub skin with soap and detergent.

CT-370 Chemthane High Build Gloss Polyurethane Enamel Coating

A two component, acrylic aliphatic isocyanate polyurethane coating with excellent gloss and color retention Chemthane CT-370 cures to a very tough, abrasive resistant film with exceptional exterior durability, chalk resistance, color stability, and long term gloss retention. CT-370 has a tile-like finish which is very tough but yet a flexible film. Ideal for use in Industrial, Commercial and Marine applications.

Thurmalox® 225HD High Build, Air Dry, High Temperature VOC Compliant Coating

Thurmalox 225HD is a two component, corrosion inhibitive, high build, air dry, high temperature, VOC compliant coating system for protection of carbon and stainless steel surfaces from atmospheric corrosion and corrosion under insulation. It is an ideal coating to cover steel surfaces with deep profiles, eliminating the problem of pinpoint rusting by covering the peaks with this unique high build coating. Thurmalox 225HD may be topcoated with itself, Thurmalox 230/230C Series or Thurmalox 260/260C Series.

Thurmalox® 218 Primer/219 Topcoat Coating Under Insulation (CUI) System

Wet/Dry Thermal Cycling to 450 ºF Apply Directly to Hot Steel

Thurmalox 218 Primer/219 Topcoat System are VOC compliant, high build, modified silicone coating formulated for the protection of metal surfaces under insulation exposed to temperatures from ambient to 450 ºF (232 ºC). This coating system is specifically formulated to be applied directly to hot steel having a metal temperature of up to 450 ºF (232 ºC) during application. Thurmalox 218/219 performs exceptionally in continuous immersion of hot and/or boiling water. It has excellent resistance to continuous and/or rapid wet-dry-wet thermal cycling to 450 ºF (232 ºC). Thurmalox 218/219 are durable, tough coatings able to withstand severe thermal shock as well as excellent chemical resistance.

1110 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-1110 is a flexible, low viscosity, easy to use coating system used on structural steel, tank exteriors or other areas where extra corrosion resistance is required. It is shipped DOT non-corrosive.

Multi-functional epoxy with a uniquely modified alkyl-amine.

2510 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-2510 is an outstanding, versatile and easy to use 100% solids material. It can be used for circulating water pipe, sewage treatment systems, or process water tanks. It can be applied by brush, roller or with conventional spray equipment.

Chemical Description
Multi-functional epoxy with a uniquely modified amido amine hardener.

EPODUR 776 High Temperature Pipeline Coating

A modified epoxy coating for use on buried pipelines that will see elevated temperatures. It is a liquid coating system that can be sprayed applied using airless spray equipment in the field or shop. It is formulated to withstand buried soil conditions at elevated temperatures as well as to with-stand applied cathodic protection voltage encountered in actual conditions.

Epodur 776 protects steel surfaces subjected to immersion in fresh or salt water, exposure in tidal or splash zones, or buried in soil. This coating is recommended for long-term protection against corrosion under extreme conditions.
