Chemical Mastic CM-15 High Build Epoxy Mastic Coatings

A two component, high solids, chemical resistant amine cured epoxy mastic. Chemical Mastic CM-15 is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents, penetrants and rust inhibitors to provide excellent adhesion and protection of sound, rusty steel surfaces, and to upgrade old, deteriorated coatings. Ideal as a coating system over marginal or poorly prepared surfaces where blasting is impractical or prohibited. Recommended as a high build primer under a wide variety of topcoats.


PC-517 Poly-Chemcure Glass Filled Epoxy Mastic Coating

A two component, very high solids, high build, glass filled, Epoxy Mastic. PC-517 is based on a cycloaliphatic polyamine cured Epoxy. PC-517 Epoxy can be used as a One Coat-20 mil dry film Epoxy Ion horizontal surfaces. This unique coating has excellent chemical, abrasion, impact, and weather resistance with outstanding adhesion to marginally prepared surfaces as well as clean blasted surfaces.


PC-555 Novolac Coating

A high solids modified cycloaliphatic cured multifunctional epoxy Novolac coating. The filler is ceramic which maximizes chemical, abrasion and thermal shock resistance. Has exceptional chemical and solvent resistance for an air cured system. Designed for use in splash and spillage of 98% Sulfuric Acid and 37% HCL. This product is used as a Finish Coat on steel, concrete and polymer materials.


PC-636 Low Temperature Curing High Build Epoxy Coating

Poly-Chem PC-636 is a high performing, surface tolerant, two component, high solids, high build amine cured epoxy designed to cure at temperatures down to 25 °F. PC-636 Epoxy is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents and penetrants to provide excellent adhesion and protection of sound, rusty steel surfaces. Depending on the temperature, the fast setting PC-636 can be recoated the same day.

Ideal as a two coat system over marginal prepared surfaces where blasting is impractical or prohibited. PC- 636 Epoxy is also used as a high build primer under a wide variety of epoxy and polyurethane topcoats.

Pot Life
The Pot life of PC-636 is approximately 2 hours at 75 °F.


MCU-100 Primer/Finish Moisture Cured Urethane Aluminum Coating

A one component, Moisture Cured Polyurethane Aluminum Coating. Has excellent adhesion to sound, tightly adherent rusty steel, and other marginally prepared surfaces. This low viscosity, high "wetting" coating undergoes a rapid molecular weight change as it polymerizes into a high molecular weight finish which provides excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. Its resistance to creeping, undercutting, and blistering is superior to epoxy primers. MCU-100 is also a barrier primer or tie coat to prevent lifting of strong solvent top coats over conventional coatings, and most chemical coatings.

Clean Up
Clean up immediately with S-74 Thinner. Remove from skin while still wet. Scrub skin with soap and detergent.


CT-370 Chemthane High Build Gloss Polyurethane Enamel Coating

A two component, acrylic aliphatic isocyanate polyurethane coating with excellent gloss and color retention Chemthane CT-370 cures to a very tough, abrasive resistant film with exceptional exterior durability, chalk resistance, color stability, and long term gloss retention. CT-370 has a tile-like finish which is very tough but yet a flexible film. Ideal for use in Industrial, Commercial and Marine applications.


Thurmalox® 218 Primer/219 Topcoat Coating Under Insulation (CUI) System

Wet/Dry Thermal Cycling to 450 °F Apply Directly to Hot Steel

Thurmalox 218 Primer/219 Topcoat System are VOC compliant, high build, modified silicone coating formulated for the protection of metal surfaces under insulation exposed to temperatures from ambient to 450 °F (232 °C). This coating system is specifically formulated to be applied directly to hot steel having a metal temperature of up to 450 °F (232 °C) during application. Thurmalox 218/219 performs exceptionally in continuous immersion of hot and/or boiling water. It has excellent resistance to continuous and/or rapid wet-dry-wet thermal cycling to 450 °F (232 °C). Thurmalox 218/219 are durable, tough coatings able to withstand severe thermal shock as well as excellent chemical resistance.


1110 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-1110 is a flexible, low viscosity, easy to use coating system used on structural steel, tank exteriors or other areas where extra corrosion resistance is required. It is shipped DOT non-corrosive.

1110-PW High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR 1110-PW is a low viscosity coating used in potable water tanks. It is certified to the ANSI/NSF 61 standard. It may be used on concrete or steel tanks.

2131 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-2131 is a trowelable material, which is designed to rebuild and/or protect tanks subject to severe erosion and corrosion. It is best applied using a mastic or grout pump.

2221 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-2221 is a medium viscosity product with outstanding abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and flexibility. It can be used for rail cars, ash hoppers, slurry tanks, secondary containment, traveling water screens, or anywhere requiring flexibility, abrasion and chemical resistance. It is designed to be applied by hand or with plural component spray equipment.

2510 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-2510 is an outstanding, versatile and easy to use 100% solids material. It can be used for circulating water pipe, sewage treatment systems, or process water tanks. It can be applied by brush, roller or with conventional spray equipment.

4320 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-4320 is a high functionality, 100% solids novolac material, designed for concentrated sulfuric acid and other inorganic acid service. It can be applied by hand, but it is most efficiently applied over large areas by plural component airless. Requires elevated temperature cure.

4323 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-4323 is a flexible version of the HPL-4320 used for secondary containment, ductwork or anywhere requiring better flexibility with extremely good chemical resistance.

4330 High Performance Lining

General Description
DUROMAR HPL-4330 is a trowellable, 100% solids novolac lining with outstanding chemical resistance. It is primarily used in areas requiring the ultimate in chemical and abrasion resistance. It is most efficiently applied by grout pump. It can also be applied by trowel or squeegee.

DURO-WEAR Heavy Duty Wear Resistant Lining

DURO-WEAR is a specially formulated 100% solids epoxy lining, used for the protection and repair of areas subjected to severe abrasion and impact. Areas coated with DURO-WEAR ore tough, abrasion and chemically resistant to a wide range of environments.

Colors
DURO-WEAR is dark grey in color. Other colors are available by special order.


EXP-THIXSET Novolac Ceramic Putty

EXP-THIXSET is a more chemical and higher temperature resistant version of either SAR or HAR used primarily in areas operating at higher temperatures and requiring better chemical resistance. Applications include acid tank repair, boiler skirts or refinery evaporator vessels.


HAR Carbide Putty

HAR is a more abrasion resistant putty than SAR, which is used primarily in areas requiring more resistance to fine slurries either in liquid or powder form. Common applications are in coal mills, chutes, ash hoppers or deflector plates in FGD systems.


SAR Ceramic Putty

SAR is a versatile easy-to-use rebuilding putty with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. This product is heavily filled with aluminum oxide and can be built up to an inch in thickness or more. Typical applications are for rebuilding of pump casings, slurry tanks, weld seams or anywhere requiring the restoration of metal components.


EAC Ceramic Putty

EAC is a brushable and versatile maintenance material, which has excellent resistance to both acids and caustics as well as having excellent abrasion resistance. It is primarily used to resurface any component requiring both abrasion and chemical resistance such as tanks, heat exchangers, valve or pump internals.


EXP Novolac Ceramic Lining

EXP is a higher chemical and temperature resistant version of the EAC used in the most aggressive of chemical environments.


ELASTUFF 160 - 100% Solids Fluid Applied Elastomeric Polyurethane Coating System

A seamless, fluid-applied 100% polyurethane elastomer membrane system designed for application over concrete and/or steel surfaces. The coating system shall be a 1:1 ratio (A:B), fast set, 2-component hydrophobic polyurethane elastomer, containing no silica fillers or extenders. It shall have been tested and approved by an independent testing laboratory and shown to comply with Department of Health Services (DOHS) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Standards for leachates -- the Purgeable Priority Pollutant Analysis. Approved system shall be UNITED COATINGS' ELASTUFF 160 Concrete or Steel Coating System consisting of UNITED CLEANING CONCENTRATE (UCC), UNI-CRETE, UNI-TILE SEALER, UC-30 JOINT FABRIC and ELASTUFF 160 100% solids polyurethane elastomer.


ELASTUFF 120 - 100% Solids Fluid Applied Elastomeric Polyurethane Coating System

A seamless, fluid applied 100% polyurethane elastomer membrane system designed for application over concrete and/or steel surfaces. The coating system shall be a 1:1 ratio (A:B), fast set, 2-component hydrophobic polyurethane elastomer, containing no silica fillers or extenders. It shall have been tested and approved by an independent testing laboratory and shown to comply with Department of Health Services (DOHS) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Standards for leachates - the Purgeable Priority Pollutant Analysis. The coating shall also have passed approved 3rd party independent testing certifying conformance to ANSI/NSF Standard 61*. Approved system shall be UNITED COATINGS' ELASTUFF 120 Coating System consisting of UNITED CLEANING CONCENTRATE (UCC), UNI-CRETE, UNI-TILE SEALER, PRIMER 302, UC-30 JOINT FABRIC and ELASTUFF 120 100% solids polyurethane elastomer.
